We are a body of believers committed to worshipping and serving Jesus Christ. As a Missionary Baptist Church, we join with like-minded Christians in spreading the gospel around the world. St. John is "The Church That Cares." Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds and at our church we desire to do the same. St. John is a place for everyone to study the Scriptures, fellowship together, and minister to others.

When are your worship experiences?
St. John has 3 worship experience:
- Sunday, 11:00am
- Wednesday, 11:45am
- Wednesday, 7:30pm
During the Sunday worship experience, we feature an excellent program for ages 5 to 12. Wednesday worship experiences, we feature excellent programs for children from birth through12th grade. We recommend you arrive approximately 30 minutes before the service so you won't feel rushed.
How do I get to St. John?
St. John is located in the Dallas area off of Marslis Ave..Take IH 35 to Saner. Take Saner to Marsalis Ave. Make a Left on Marslis, and St. John will be on your right.
What can I expect on my first visit?
From the moment you park, you'll be made to feel at home. Our terrific parking team will direct you as you enter the campus. Then, our greeters will be poised and ready to give directions or answer any questions you may have. If you have children, you'll want to take advantage of our safe and secure children's services designed just for them.
As you enter the worship center, our ushers will welcome you and direct you to your seat. Then, sit back, relax, and enjoy the service!
What is a worship experience like?
Whether it is your first time at St. John, or you've been attending for years, you never know what to expect during our hour long service. From the moment you walk in the door, until the moment you leave, we are committed to a creative, compelling, challenging presentation of God's truth.
Pastor Bailey communicates in a way that speaks to today’s culture. Bailey focuses on how to apply Christ’s teachings to our everyday lives, so we each can experience God’s incredible purpose each and every day. The powerful worship wraps the weekend message in a relevant way with an amazing diversity of artists and styles chosen for one purpose - to prepare your heart for what God has in store for you.
Where do I take my children?
St. John is dedicated to providing first-class programs for your children, (birth through 4 years), during all adult worship services. For your convenience, we start registering kids 15 minutes before each service, so that you may drop off your child and still have plenty of time to enjoy the community and fellowship of our worship services.
Do you have something for students?
We sure do! Kingdom Kids, for 2nd Grade to 6th Grade students, meets every Wednesday night at 6pm for games, videos, small group discussions and the biblical guidance needed to be a Kingdom Kid.
High school students are invited to participate at Fresh, a place to meet friends, grow spiritually through relevant messages and grade appropriate small groups for discussion time. The Fresh meets every Wednesday night from 6:00.
